The Meadowlark Trail is located in Deer Creek Canyon Park in Jefferson County, Colorado.
We did not make it through the whole trail! We saw a little bull snake at the beginning of the trail. Then, later on we saw a huge angry rattle snake right next to the trail and decided it was time to call it quits! This was our first hike in Colorado.
